Harry ChemkoCo-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Harry is a consummate entrepreneur, having started Elastic Path in 2000 when he was fresh out of university. With only a $15,000 start-up loan from a non-profit organization, Harry's optimism and energy drove the business forward, turning Elastic Path into the world's leading provider of commerce software designed to maximize revenue from the next generation of digital experiences. In 2005, Harry received the Young Entrepreneur Award for being the youngest CEO on the PROFIT Hot 50.
Today, Harry is responsible for leading corporate strategy and driving Elastic Path's vision. He believes that in this connected world, digital commerce is all about generating business value from great digital experiences across all touchpoints. A successful digital commerce platform must help enterprises unlock that value and generate revenue.
Sal ViscaChief Technology Officer
Sal is responsible for developing Elastic Path's long-term technology strategies as well as bringing new ecommerce solutions to market. Sal has over 24 years of experience developing long-term technology strategies and understanding emerging markets and technologies.
Previously the chief technology officer for Business Objects, Sal led the technical due diligence efforts resulting in the company's acquisition by SAP for US$6.8-billion. He continued on in an expanded role as chief technology officer for SAP's Technology Development Group. Prior to this, Sal worked for IBM as a software development executive for ebusiness solutions and was instrumental in IBM's early entrance into the ecommerce market.
Brenton BrownChief Financial Officer
Brenton is responsible for Elastic Path's revenue strategies, profitability enhancement and cash flow.
Brenton was most recently Senior Vice President at Peer 1 Hosting, one of the world's leading web hosting providers specializing in managed hosting, colocation and cloud services. Prior to that, Brenton worked in Business Development at Signacert, a leading company specializing in continuous compliance monitoring automation. Brenton also spent five years with Intel Capital, Intel Corp.'s venture capital arm in both Europe and the U.S.
Darin ArcherChief Strategy Officer
A commerce champion and technology maverick, Darin is responsible for company strategy and product. He leads Elastic Path’s market strategy to help more enterprises seamlessly bring commerce directly into any interaction.
A digital commerce luminary, he joined Elastic Path from IBM, where he was Director of Strategy and Offering Management for WebSphere Commerce. Prior to IBM, Darin held senior leadership positions at Intel and Adobe, where he drove product strategy in digital marketing, commerce and the Internet of Things. He has also led transformational programs for top brands in retail, financial services, communications and high tech as a management consultant at Accenture.
John BrunoVice President, Product Management
As Vice President of Product Management, John leads Elastic Path product teams to better understand customer behaviors, channel partner dynamics, analyst views and the competitive landscape. John joined Elastic Path from his role as senior analyst at Forrester, where he was responsible for the CPQ and B2B Commerce Waves. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 brands, retailers, and distributors to develop digital commerce strategies.
Before Forrester, John served as senior business analyst at Pegasystems and a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. He has spoken and written widely, with expertise featured in Wall Street Journal, Adweek, Forbes, Business Insider and more. Leho NigulVice President, Product Development
A Software as a Service luminary and passionate technologist, Leho is responsible for Elastic Path's Product Development. Leho has more than 17 years of experience leading agile software development teams in delivering highly innovative, enterprise grade products and services.
Leho joined Elastic Path from IBM, where he led IBM WebSphere Commerce, IBM Digital Commerce and IBM Watson Content Hub development teams. While at IBM, Leho was a key driving force behind the transformation of IBM Commerce products into first grade cloud and SaaS offerings.
Ben HusseyRegional VP of Sales, Americas
Ben Hussey is the Regional Vice President of Field Sales for The America’s. He leads the Elastic Path sales and sales support teams in helping businesses enhance their commerce capabilities, digital presence and deliver amazing customer experiences. Prior to joining Elastic Path, Ben led sales efforts for a grocery industry commerce and advertising platform and spent the preceding 5 years working for Hybris and SAP as the top global sales performer.
In addition to these enterprise software sales roles, Ben spent 8 years working for a Canadian Telco, leading Commerce initiatives of varying sizes and types – from initiation, through delivery to run-time. Ben holds an MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship.
Jason SmithRegional VP of Sales, EMEA
Jason Smith is the regional vice president of sales for EMEA & APAC. With more than 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s largest and most successful brands in the field of ecommerce, Jason leads Elastic Path sales teams in helping businesses enhance their digital presences and deliver positive experiences to their customers.
Prior to joining Elastic Path, Jason has held positions in Sales, Alliances and Marketing with SAS, Oracle and Art Technology Group. He holds an MBA from University of West London.
Tiffany SpizzoVice President, Global Channel and Alliances
Tiffany Spizzo has joined Elastic Path as Vice President of Global Channel and Alliances. Spizzo will work closely with the Elastic Path executive team to strategically expand and empower Elastic Path's partner network.
Tiffany has been in ecommerce since 2010 and most recently joins us from Shopgate, where she was the VP Global Business Development and Strategic Partners. Prior to that, she implemented partner programs at firms like Volusion and Mozu, prior to their acquisition by Kibo. She then went on to Kibo and headed partnerships there across a multi-platform commerce suite that included ecommerce, order management, personalization, and point of sale.
Jackie MortonVice President, People & Culture
Jackie leads the People & Culture, Administration and Facilities teams. With a focus on cultivating the conditions for optimal performance, Jackie draws on her deep experience in professional services and technology in scaling the Elastic Path team for growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, as well as certificates in behavioral science, professional counseling and emotional intelligence facilitation. In 2017, she earned a Master’s of Science degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership, through Middlesex University in the UK, completing her thesis at lululemon athletica, where she led People & Culture for the Technology and Corporate Strategy organizations.
Jackie combines her extensive practical experience with the application of the latest neuroscience findings in creating the conditions for our people to thrive and perform at their best.
Andrej MaihornVice President, Industry Solutions
In his role, Andrej will utilize his deep B2B expertise to help develop and refine platforms for Elastic Path’s visionary leadership, competitive advantage and the value the company delivers to customers and partners. In addition, Andrej will play an advisory role to the regional sales teams and collaborate with the product marketing and product management teams to support the expansion of Elastic Path’s global footprint.
Since his career’s inception, Andrej has worked for eCommerce pioneer, Intershop Communications. With over 22 years of extensive experience in the eCommerce industry, spanning across the world’s markets, Andrej has successfully led product strategies as well as global digital transformation initiatives for companies such as HP, Sun Microsystems and GSI (eBay Enterprise) among many other recognizable brands. Andrej also owned the company’s market analyst relationships, greatly helping to maximize visibility and influence analysts’ perceptions.
