Jamus DriscollChief Executive Officer
Jamus is the driving force behind the vision and strategy for Elastic Path. Jamus joined Elastic Path following its acquisition of Moltin, where he was CEO.
Jamus has a twenty-year track record of taking high-performing startup companies to market. Prior to Moltin, Jamus held a number of executive roles at Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), a commerce platform company that pioneered the use of the cloud for mission-critical, revenue generating business applications. Jamus’ tenure at Demandware spanned a decade from startup to Initial Public Offering and ultimately an acquisition by Salesforce.com in 2016.
Harry ChemkoCo-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Harry is a consummate entrepreneur, having started Elastic Path in 2000 when he was fresh out of university. With only a $15,000 start-up loan from a non-profit organization, Harry's optimism and energy drove the business forward, turning Elastic Path into the world's leading provider of commerce software designed to maximize revenue from the next generation of digital experiences. In 2005, Harry received the Young Entrepreneur Award for being the youngest CEO on the PROFIT Hot 50.
Today, Harry is responsible for leading corporate strategy and driving Elastic Path's vision. He believes that in this connected world, digital commerce is all about generating business value from great digital experiences across all touchpoints. A successful digital commerce platform must help enterprises unlock that value and generate revenue.
Brenton BrownChief Financial Officer
Brenton is responsible for Elastic Path's revenue strategies, profitability enhancement and cash flow.
Brenton was most recently Senior Vice President at Peer 1 Hosting, one of the world's leading web hosting providers specializing in managed hosting, colocation and cloud services. Prior to that, Brenton worked in Business Development at Signacert, a leading company specializing in continuous compliance monitoring automation. Brenton also spent five years with Intel Capital, Intel Corp.'s venture capital arm in both Europe and the U.S.
Sal ViscaChief Technology Officer
Sal is responsible for developing Elastic Path's long-term technology strategies as well as bringing new ecommerce solutions to market. Sal has over 24 years of experience developing long-term technology strategies and understanding emerging markets and technologies.
Previously the chief technology officer for Business Objects, Sal led the technical due diligence efforts resulting in the company's acquisition by SAP for US$6.8-billion. He continued on in an expanded role as chief technology officer for SAP's Technology Development Group. Prior to this, Sal worked for IBM as a software development executive for ebusiness solutions and was instrumental in IBM's early entrance into the ecommerce market.
Riccardo La RosaSenior Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Riccardo is responsible for Product Development and Operations for all digital commerce solution offerings at Elastic Path. Riccardo has 25 years of demonstrated success in building digital products and developing world-class technical teams. His background includes product development, digital transformation, technology architecture for early stage to Fortune 500 companies, with extensive experience delivering industry leading PaaS/SaaS services.
Prior to Elastic Path, Riccardo was the Vice President of Engineering for Acquia, which was acquired by Vista Equity Partners at the end of 2019. During his tenure at Acquia, he was instrumental to launch new products, which led to double digit growth and significant gross margins improvement. Prior to this he was VP of Engineering at global agency Isobar, the digital arm of Dentsu Aegis Media.
Bryan HouseSenior Vice President, Product
Bryan is the SVP of Product at Elastic Path, where he leads the UX and product management teams. Previously, Bryan was the Chief Commercial Officer at Neural Magic, a deep learning software startup where he ran Product, GTM, and Customer Success. An Acquia founding team member, he helped lead the company to $170+M in revenue. His expertise spans machine learning, digital experience platforms, and open source technology.
He is known as a serial entrepreneur and has spoken at digital business conferences around the globe.
Bryan has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Brewing from the Siebel Institute of Technology, the oldest brewing school in the United States.
Before becoming Senior Vice President of WW Account Management at Acquia, Bryan ran product marketing for content management solutions at EMC Documentum. He also brewed beer professionally for 8 years.
Brad HabanskySenior Vice President, Sales
Brad Habansky is the Senior Vice President of Sales, leading account management, pre-sales, and customer success. Brad has over 25 years of technology sales and sales leadership experience, most recently with Oracle, Salesforce and commercetools.
At commercetools, Brad was the 6th U.S. employee and was responsible for initiating sales efforts in North and South America. Brad was responsible for Sales, Partners and Sales Engineering at commercetools. During Brad's time at commercetools, he signed the first enterprise customers in the U.S. and led continued growth of both new customers and the U.S. Sales organization. This growth, led to the acquisition of commercetools by Insight Partners at the end of 2019.
Brad is passionate about building sales teams, creating effective sales processes, and driving customer success.
Tiffany SpizzoVice President, Global Channel and Alliances
Tiffany Spizzo has joined Elastic Path as Vice President of Global Channel and Alliances. Spizzo will work closely with the Elastic Path executive team to strategically expand and empower Elastic Path's partner network.
Tiffany has been in ecommerce since 2010 and most recently joins us from Shopgate, where she was the VP Global Business Development and Strategic Partners. Prior to that, she implemented partner programs at firms like Volusion and Mozu, prior to their acquisition by Kibo. She then went on to Kibo and headed partnerships there across a multi-platform commerce suite that included ecommerce, order management, personalization, and point of sale.
Greg LordVice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Greg leads go-to-market strategy for Elastic Path, including product marketing, demand generation, brand, content marketing, corporate communications, analyst relations, events, field marketing, customer marketing. Greg is focused on providing both technical and business leaders with content and programs that help them deliver innovative commerce strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
Greg joined the Elastic Path team through the Moltin acquisition, where he held the role of Vice President of Marketing. Prior to Moltin, Greg held marketing and sales leadership positions at SmartBear, Akamai, and Intel. Greg began his career in IT systems management. Greg has a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Andrej MaihornVice President, Industry Solutions
In his role, Andrej will utilize his deep B2B expertise to help develop and refine platforms for Elastic Path’s visionary leadership, competitive advantage and the value the company delivers to customers and partners. In addition, Andrej will play an advisory role to the regional sales teams and collaborate with the product marketing and product management teams to support the expansion of Elastic Path’s global footprint.
Since his career’s inception, Andrej has worked for eCommerce pioneer, Intershop Communications. With over 22 years of extensive experience in the eCommerce industry, spanning across the world’s markets, Andrej has successfully led product strategies as well as global digital transformation initiatives for companies such as HP, Sun Microsystems and GSI (eBay Enterprise) among many other recognizable brands. Andrej also owned the company’s market analyst relationships, greatly helping to maximize visibility and influence analysts’ perceptions.
Tara CollinsHead of People & Culture
Tara leads the People & Culture and Facilities teams at Elastic Path. With a long tenure in building teams, designing programs, and leading through change, Tara will focus on ensuring our people programs and practices are firmly established, driving a culture and performance which attract and retain top talent within our markets.
Tara brings over 15 years of Human Resource experience supporting executive leadership at industry leading organizations across industries such as hospitality, real estate and retail. Throughout her career, Tara has established relationships through executive coaching, change leadership and as a devoted employee advocate.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and a post graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University.
