Jamus Driscoll
Chief Executive OfficerJamus is the driving force behind the vision and strategy for Elastic Path. Jamus joined Elastic Path following its acquisition of Moltin, where he was CEO.
Jamus has a twenty-year track record of taking high-performing startup companies to market. Prior to Moltin, Jamus held a number of executive roles at Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), a commerce platform company that pioneered the use of the cloud for mission-critical, revenue generating business applications. Jamus’ tenure at Demandware spanned a decade from startup to Initial Public Offering and ultimately an acquisition by Salesforce.com in 2016.
Harry Chemko
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy OfficerHarry is a consummate entrepreneur, having started Elastic Path in 2000 when he was fresh out of university. With only a $15,000 start-up loan from a non-profit organization, Harry's optimism and energy drove the business forward, turning Elastic Path into the world's leading provider of commerce software designed to maximize revenue from the next generation of digital experiences. In 2005, Harry received the Young Entrepreneur Award for being the youngest CEO on the PROFIT Hot 50.
Today, Harry is responsible for leading corporate strategy and driving Elastic Path's vision. He believes that in this connected world, digital commerce is all about generating business value from great digital experiences across all touchpoints. A successful digital commerce platform must help enterprises unlock that value and generate revenue.Brenton Brown
Chief Financial OfficerBrenton is responsible for Elastic Path's revenue strategies, profitability enhancement and cash flow.
Brenton was most recently Senior Vice President at Peer 1 Hosting, one of the world's leading web hosting providers specializing in managed hosting, colocation and cloud services. Prior to that, Brenton worked in Business Development at Signacert, a leading company specializing in continuous compliance monitoring automation. Brenton also spent five years with Intel Capital, Intel Corp.'s venture capital arm in both Europe and the U.S.Kristin Hambelton
Chief Marketing OfficerKristin Hambelton is Chief Marketing Officer responsible for Marketing and Business Development. Prior to Elastic Path, she successfully led Marketing at MineralTree, a FinTech/Payments startup, through acquisition by Global Payments (NYSE:GPN) for $500M.
She brings with her experience that spans both high-growth start-up companies and global enterprise organizations, with track records of scaling. As an early employee at Neolane, a marketing campaign management provider, she led Marketing through the acquisition by Adobe for $600M. She also led Marketing at Evariant, a healthcare patient acquisition and retention platform that was acquired by HealthGrades. Earlier in her career, she held various marketing leadership roles at Kronos and IDC.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a concentration in Marketing, from Boston University.
Riccardo La Rosa
Chief Technology OfficerRiccardo is responsible for Product Development and Operations for all digital commerce solution offerings at Elastic Path. Riccardo has 25 years of demonstrated success in building digital products and developing world-class technical teams. His background includes product development, digital transformation, technology architecture for early stage to Fortune 500 companies, with extensive experience delivering industry leading PaaS/SaaS services.
Prior to Elastic Path, Riccardo was the Vice President of Engineering for Acquia, which was acquired by Vista Equity Partners at the end of 2019. During his tenure at Acquia, he was instrumental to launch new products, which led to double digit growth and significant gross margins improvement. Prior to this he was VP of Engineering at global agency Isobar, the digital arm of Dentsu Aegis Media.
Bryan House
Chief Experience OfficerBryan is the Chief Experience Officer at Elastic Path, where he leads the UX, customer success, and product management teams. Previously, Bryan was the Chief Commercial Officer at Neural Magic, a deep learning software startup where he ran Product, GTM, and Customer Success. An Acquia founding team member, he helped lead the company to $170+M in revenue. His expertise spans machine learning, digital experience platforms, and open source technology.
He is known as a serial entrepreneur and has spoken at digital business conferences around the globe.
Bryan has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Brewing from the Siebel Institute of Technology, the oldest brewing school in the United States.
Before becoming Senior Vice President of WW Account Management at Acquia, Bryan ran product marketing for content management solutions at EMC Documentum. He also brewed beer professionally for 8 years.
Domenic Telaro
Senior Vice President, Global ServicesDomenic is responsible for global professional services for all digital commerce solution offerings at Elastic Path. Domenic has over 25 years of experience building and leading professional services teams that support customers from initial implementation, through long term optimization, and often acting as an extension of their own technical teams. Domenic has expertise in optimizing organizational processes to maximize business results.
Prior to Elastic Path, Domenic was the Senior Director of professional services at SAP. During his 11+ years at SAP, he developed lasting relationships with customers, partners, and industry executives. Prior to this he held roles at hybris, AbsoluteSKY Solutions, and NSB Group.
Tiffany Spizzo
Vice President, Global Channel and AlliancesTiffany Spizzo has joined Elastic Path as Vice President of Global Channel and Alliances. Spizzo will work closely with the Elastic Path executive team to strategically expand and empower Elastic Path's partner network.
Tiffany has been in ecommerce since 2010 and most recently joins us from Shopgate, where she was the VP Global Business Development and Strategic Partners. Prior to that, she implemented partner programs at firms like Volusion and Mozu, prior to their acquisition by Kibo. She then went on to Kibo and headed partnerships there across a multi-platform commerce suite that included ecommerce, order management, personalization, and point of sale.
Julie Mall
Vice President, Global Solution EngineeringJulie Mall is the Vice President of Global Solution Engineering at Elastic Path. She leads a team of pre-sales technologists that is focused on collaborating with customers and prospects to help them realize the full value of their eCommerce solutions.
Julie started her career as a consultant with Price Waterhouse helping organizations manage the change brought on by large technology projects. This experience led her to join an eCommerce startup in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the start of the first eCommerce bubble in 2000. She has stayed involved with eCommerce technology ever since! Prior to joining Elastic Path, Julie was Director of Solution Engineering for SAP Commerce Cloud, leading a team of 15 solution engineers, supporting 45+ account executives across the East and South regions.
Julie lives in the Charlotte area with her husband, two children, two dogs, and a horse.
Mukesh Judge
Vice President, Cloud Operations, Support & ComplianceAs VP, Cloud Operations, IT and Support, Mukesh brings decades of experience in information technology to Elastic Path. In this role, Mukesh provides leadership to the Cloud Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, IT, and Security teams. He is driven to ensure a reliable, secure, and high performing commerce service for customers. Mukesh is passionate about helping businesses use technology to develop their strategic advantage.
Prior to Elastic Path, Mukesh served as a Senior Leader at Cogeco Peer 1 overseeing IT Engineering and Operations, Business Systems and Service Delivery.
Outside of work, Mukesh lives an active lifestyle with his family and is involved in hockey, cycling and hiking.
Joanna Kmiec
Vice President, People and CultureJoanna Kmiec is the Vice President of People and Culture at Elastic Path. She leads the People and Culture team, which is committed to supporting and driving a strong and positive culture where employees can thrive.
Joanna is responsible for working with the executive team to strategically position Elastic Path for continued growth and success through its 'people first' approach and the creation and execution of the People and Culture roadmap.'
Before Elastic Path, Joanna spent her career in the People & Culture space with experiences including managing global expansions, mergers, and acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a diverse skillset focused on building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams elevating the Employee Value Proposition and Experience structure.
Tamra Gray
Vice President, PaymentsTamra A. Gray is the Vice President of Payments at Elastic Path. Tamra has spent the entirety of her 40 year career in the banking and payments space, starting out on the issuing side working for some of the the largest card issuers including American Express and Visa, U.S.A, as well as being responsible for the start up of 5 different consumer credit card portfolios for Industrial Loan Corporations including USAA, Fidelity Investments, and BMW Bank.
After a long career on the issuing side of the payments space, Tamra went to work for fintech giant, FIS, as the General Manager for Mercury, a division providing transactional software supporting credit unions. She then moved to the merchant processing side of the payments industry. Tamra served as the Chief Operations Officer at Digital Financial Group, a merchant processing company, for 8 years before moving into the SaaS industry and leading payment operations for Weave and now Elastic Path. Payments are a passion of hers and she enjoys the challenge of discovering new ways to create ease and efficiency as well as payment innovations for her customers.
Tamra holds a BS in Business Marketing and is married with 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. She is a passionate lover of animals and serves as the President of the Board of Nuzzles and Co., a non-profit animal rescue organization located in Park City, Utah.
