Chief Executive Officer
Jamus is the driving force behind the vision and strategy for Elastic Path. Jamus joined Elastic Path following its acquisition of Moltin, where he was CEO.
Jamus has a twenty-year track record of taking high-performing startup companies to market. Prior to Moltin, Jamus held a number of executive roles at Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), a commerce platform company that pioneered the use of the cloud for mission-critical, revenue generating business applications. Jamus’ tenure at Demandware spanned a decade from startup to Initial Public Offering and ultimately an acquisition by Salesforce.com in 2016.
Chief Financial & Operating Officer and Managing Director of EMEA
Brenton is CFO & COO responsible for both the growth and stability of corporate enterprise value, as well Managing Director of EMEA, responsible for the company's overall operations in the region.Brenton brings 20+ years of technology sector operations and financial optimization experience to the company, having held several senior roles in the technology and venture capital sectors in both North America and Europe. Brenton was most recently Senior Vice President at Peer 1 Hosting, one of the world's leading web hosting providers, prior to its acquisition by Cogeco Cable. Brenton also spent five years with Intel Capital, Intel's corporate venture capital arm in both Europe and the U.S.
Chief Revenue Officer
Brian Callahan comes to Elastic Path with a long career in establishing and growing e-commerce platform providers. Recently at Mirakl helping to grow the Americas as well as from Demandware (acquired by Salesforce in 2016 for $3 billion), where he joined as an early stage employee and stayed on for 12 years in multiple roles with increasing responsibility. His impressive track record and ability to scale will drive customer acquisition and expansion in the Elastic Path sales organization and growth within target regions.
Chief Experience Officer
Bryan is the Chief Experience Officer at Elastic Path, where he leads the UX, customer success, and product management teams. Previously, Bryan was the Chief Commercial Officer at Neural Magic, a deep learning software startup where he ran Product, GTM, and Customer Success. An Acquia founding team member, he helped lead the company to $170+M in revenue. His expertise spans machine learning, digital experience platforms, and open source technology.
He is known as a serial entrepreneur and has spoken at digital business conferences around the globe.
Bryan has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Brewing from the Siebel Institute of Technology, the oldest brewing school in the United States.
Before becoming Senior Vice President of WW Account Management at Acquia, Bryan ran product marketing for content management solutions at EMC Documentum. He also brewed beer professionally for 8 years.
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Harry is a consummate entrepreneur, having started Elastic Path in 2000 when he was fresh out of university. With only a $15,000 start-up loan from a non-profit organization, Harry's optimism and energy drove the business forward, turning Elastic Path into the world's leading provider of commerce software designed to maximize revenue from the next generation of digital experiences. In 2005, Harry received the Young Entrepreneur Award for being the youngest CEO on the PROFIT Hot 50.Today, Harry is responsible for leading corporate strategy and driving Elastic Path's vision. He believes that in this connected world, digital commerce is all about generating business value from great digital experiences across all touchpoints. A successful digital commerce platform must help enterprises unlock that value and generate revenue.
Chief Technology Officer
Riccardo is responsible for Product Development and Operations for all digital commerce solution offerings at Elastic Path. Riccardo has 25 years of demonstrated success in building digital products and developing world-class technical teams. His background includes product development, digital transformation, technology architecture for early stage to Fortune 500 companies, with extensive experience delivering industry leading PaaS/SaaS services.
Prior to Elastic Path, Riccardo was the Vice President of Engineering for Acquia, which was acquired by Vista Equity Partners at the end of 2019. During his tenure at Acquia, he was instrumental to launch new products, which led to double digit growth and significant gross margins improvement. Prior to this he was VP of Engineering at global agency Isobar, the digital arm of Dentsu Aegis Media
SVP of Marketing
Grant is the SVP of Marketing at Elastic Path, where he oversees the company's product led market motions. Grant joined Elastic Path through its acquisition of Unstack, where he was Co-Founder and CEO. Prior to Unstack, Grant was the Co-Founder and CEO of Grapevine, a leading influencer marketing platform acquired by Ideanomics (Nasdaq: IDEX).Grant brings 15 years of experience building high performance product and marketing teams focused on solving complex problems for customers.
Vice President, General Counsel and Privacy Officer
Ben Young is the primary leader of the worldwide legal department, which is committed to providing focused legal advice in navigating the complex legal challenges that arise in the software industry and ever-evolving tech landscape. His passion for embracing challenges head-on and finding innovative legal solutions has positioned him as a trusted advisor to our executive team.
Before joining Elastic Path, Ben spent his career in both private legal practice at a large law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia and as in-house counsel to a Internet hosting and infrastructure company in roles based in both Vancouver and Toronto. Ben holds a law degree from the Vanderbilt University Law School. Outside of his legal practice, Ben can be found exploring the mountains of Vancouver’s North Shore or spending time with his young family.
Vice President, People and Culture
Joanna Kmiec is the Vice President of People and Culture at Elastic Path. She leads the People and Culture team, which is committed to supporting and driving a strong and positive culture where employees can thrive.
Joanna is responsible for working with the executive team to strategically position Elastic Path for continued growth and success through its 'people first' approach and the creation and execution of the People and Culture roadmap.'
Before Elastic Path, Joanna spent her career in the People & Culture space with experiences including managing global expansions, mergers, and acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a diverse skillset focused on building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams elevating the Employee Value Proposition and Experience structure.
Vice President, Cloud Operations, Support & Compliance
As VP, Cloud Operations, IT and Support, Mukesh brings decades of experience in information technology to Elastic Path. In this role, Mukesh provides leadership to the Cloud Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, IT, and Security teams. He is driven to ensure a reliable, secure, and high performing commerce service for customers. Mukesh is passionate about helping businesses use technology to develop their strategic advantage.
Prior to Elastic Path, Mukesh served as a Senior Leader at Cogeco Peer 1 overseeing IT Engineering and Operations, Business Systems and Service Delivery.
Outside of work, Mukesh lives an active lifestyle with his family and is involved in hockey, cycling and hiking.
VP of Customer Success
Rachel DelGrande is the VP of Customer Success at Elastic Path, where she leads the global customer success team. Rachel and her team’s love for eCommerce and customer obsession empowers brands to create innovative commerce experiences. Prior to Elastic Path, Rachel founded customer success teams at NewStore and True Fit where she worked with retailers including Burton, Vince, Michael Kors, and Kate Spade to roll out their digital transformation and omnichannel journeys. Rachel also has a deep background in the Retail Industry with expertise in eCommerce buying, merchandising, and omnichannel store operations.
VP of Finance
Richard is responsible for the company’s financial reporting and accounting function. Richard is a chartered professional accountant with over a decade of experience in the technology sector in senior finance & accounting positions at Shoes.com, one of the largest online shoe retailers and Peer 1 Hosting (renamed Aptum), global web hosting provider. Prior to this Richard spent 5 years in public practice as an auditor at PwC. Richard has extensive knowledge & experience in financial planning & reporting, mergers & acquisitions and multi jurisdiction (Canada, USA, Europe) taxes.
Vice President, Payments
Tamra A. Gray is the Vice President of Payments at Elastic Path. Tamra has spent the entirety of her 40 year career in the banking and payments space, starting out on the issuing side working for some of the the largest card issuers including American Express and Visa, U.S.A, as well as being responsible for the start up of 5 different consumer credit card portfolios for Industrial Loan Corporations including USAA, Fidelity Investments, and BMW Bank.
After a long career on the issuing side of the payments space, Tamra went to work for fintech giant, FIS, as the General Manager for Mercury, a division providing transactional software supporting credit unions. She then moved to the merchant processing side of the payments industry. Tamra served as the Chief Operations Officer at Digital Financial Group, a merchant processing company, for 8 years before moving into the SaaS industry and leading payment operations for Weave and now Elastic Path. Payments are a passion of hers and she enjoys the challenge of discovering new ways to create ease and efficiency as well as payment innovations for her customers.
Tamra holds a BS in Business Marketing and is married with 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. She is a passionate lover of animals and serves as the President of the Board of Nuzzles and Co., a non-profit animal rescue organization located in Park City, Utah.
