Elastic Path Software Adds Experienced Leaders to Management Team

Proven HR and development executives position company for continued growth

Vancouver, BC, Canada, February 13, 2008 -- Elastic Path Software, the pioneer of flexible ecommerce software, has added two experienced executives to its management team in anticipation of continued rapid customer and employee growth.

Warren Wong will oversee Elastic Path's human resource operations as VP and Chief Talent Officer. Warren's proven effectiveness in progressive human resource management spans more than two decades with companies ranging from high-growth local start-ups to global Fortune-100 companies in Canada, the US and Asia. In addition to his diverse private industry experience, Warren has worked in government and academia. Before joining Elastic Path, Warren was VP of People & Organizational Development at Burntsand and Senior Human Resources Manager at eBay.

Warren has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Simon Fraser University, is a long time member of the British Columbia Human Resources Association and is an international member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.

Michael Vax brings more than 20 years of software development experience to Elastic Path as VP of Technology. Michael's career has spanned the full range of software positions including developer, architect, development manager, VP Development and CTO. Before joining Elastic Path, Michael managed a software development center as CEO of Luxoft-Canada and ran a 100+ person development department as VP of Product Development at WebCT e-learning systems.

A certified SCRUM Master and member of the Agile Alliance, Michael speaks frequently at industry conferences and writes about distributed Agile and functional test-driven development. Michael is also a member of Agile Vancouver council and actively promotes Agile software development in Canada.
