Introducing your community hub

written by Adam Sturrock

We’ve just released a new community hub, dedicated to supporting all of you!

The Moltin community is super important to us, and as it’s grown, so has our ecosystem. We’ve listened to feedback from our users and we’re beginning to build a more structured place for resources, engagement and help to make Moltin not just a fantastic API, but also a great community to be part of.

Our new community page brings together new documentation with posts and guides on how to use Moltin, a new user forum, SDKs and other open source projects.

Documentation

Our updated documentation platform concentrates on guiding you through Moltin with better quick starts and more in-depth tutorials to explain our advanced features.

Forum

This is the biggest, and most exciting part of our community hub and we’re looking forward to seeing it grow.

Where Slack has served us well up until now, feedback from our community has led us to introduce a brand new forum, powered by Discourse. This gives you a place to come together with other members, find references to queries that may have been solved already, have open conversations, and showcase your builds with other members and the core Moltin team. It allows us to split out conversations into different categories, so you can choose to only follow threads you’re interested in.

You can read more about how we intend the forum to be used in this post.

Open source directory — coming soon

Here you’ll find all SDK guides, integrations, and open source projects from the team and other community members to give you some inspiration and help you get started.

We’ve split this out so everything is easy to find and we’re constantly adding new things so keep checking back to see what’s been added!

We’d also like to feature community contributions in this directory. If you’ve built an open source Moltin project or integration that you’d like us to add, just complete the form via the button below to submit your work. If we choose your project for our directory, we’ll send you some Moltin SWAG!
