Supporting Docs
Product Sync

Inventory Sync
Inventory will be synced from Onport to Elastic Path Commerce Cloud. Based on inventory change in Onport, a webhook event will be triggered and that will increment/decrement inventory in Elastic Path Commerce Cloud.
Order Sync
Orders will be sent from Elastic Path Commerce Cloud to Onport. Elastic Path Commerce Cloud provides webhook capability for Orders. You can set up webhooks based on these following events types:
- order.created
- order.updated
- order.fulfilled
- order.paid
- order.authorized
You can also provide multiple events in this integration.
Split Order
In a marketplace or dropship vendor model, it is likely that your customers are purchasing items as part of single order which needs to be fulfilled by more than one vendor. Onport will able to split order based on vendors, so for example a customer placed an order which contains following items:
- Dell 27 Monitor - P2722H
- Vendor - Electronics Warehouse
- Dell 24 Curved Gaming Monitor - S2422HG
- Vendor - Electronics Warehouse
- Apple iPhone 13 Pro (Sierra Blue)
- Vendor - Phones4u
In this order there are items from 2 different vendors, so this order will be split into two. First order contains both the monitors and second contains the phone.
Vendors will be notified for the specific orders and based on that they can fulfill the orders.
