A Get Elastic reader left a comment on last month's post Youtube Experimenting with Video Ecommerce which talked about the emerging capabilities to use click-to-buy links in video.

I checked out Jeff Muir's company VideoInfusion and grabbed this live demo starring Tiger Woods and Nike gear to show you what the platform can do:

Last summer we also reported Bluefly and SeenON! using click-to-buy merchandising with video. Thanks to our commenters, we now know that Bluefly uses Factory 515 for their videos. Other players in this space include Allurent, Ooyala and Innovid.

And earlier this week, VideoRetailer.org also reported Tailgate Technologies has created a fully transactional video widget.

Please comment if you know of any other providers in this space. Or if you have used one of these companies before, let us know where we can check out your videos in action.
