Richard is a chartered professional accountant with over a decade of experience in the technology sector in senior finance & accounting positions at Shoes.com, one of the largest online shoe retailers and Peer 1 Hosting (renamed Aptum), global web hosting provider. Prior to this Richard spent 5 years in public practice as an auditor at PwC.  Richard has extensive knowledge & experience in financial planning & reporting, mergers & acquisitions and multi jurisdiction (Canada, USA, Europe) taxes.
