Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Harry is a consummate entrepreneur, having started Elastic Path in 2000 when he was fresh out of university. With only a $15,000 start-up loan from a non-profit organization, Harry's optimism and energy drove the business forward, turning Elastic Path into the world's leading provider of commerce software designed to maximize revenue from the next generation of digital experiences. In 2005, Harry received the Young Entrepreneur Award for being the youngest CEO on the PROFIT Hot 50.
Today, Harry is responsible for leading corporate strategy and driving Elastic Path's vision. He believes that in this connected world, digital commerce is all about generating business value from great digital experiences across all touchpoints. A successful digital commerce platform must help enterprises unlock that value and generate revenue.
Chief Technology Officer
Sal is responsible for developing Elastic Path's long-term technology strategies as well as bringing new ecommerce solutions to market. Sal has over 24 years of experience developing long-term technology strategies and understanding emerging markets and technologies.
Previously the chief technology officer for Business Objects, Sal led the technical due diligence efforts resulting in the company's acquisition by SAP for US$6.8-billion. He continued on in an expanded role as chief technology officer for SAP's Technology Development Group. Prior to this, Sal worked for IBM as a software development executive for ebusiness solutions and was instrumental in IBM's early entrance into the ecommerce market.
Chief Financial Officer
Brenton is responsible for Elastic Path's revenue strategies, profitability enhancement and cash flow.
Brenton was most recently Senior Vice President at Peer 1 Hosting, one of the world's leading web hosting providers specializing in managed hosting, colocation and cloud services. Prior to that, Brenton worked in Business Development at Signacert, a leading company specializing in continuous compliance monitoring automation. Brenton also spent five years with Intel Capital, Intel Corp.'s venture capital arm in both Europe and the U.S.
Vice President Products
Peter is responsible for Elastic Path’s product strategy. He leads Elastic Path’s Product Management, Product Development, Product Education and Product Support teams. His team is passionate about building commerce technologies that power exceptional digital experiences.
Peter joined Elastic Path from QuickMobile as Chief Operating Officer, which during his tenure placed #1 on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50. Prior to that, Peter was a Global Vice President at Sophos, where he introduced new product lines, oversaw customer loyalty and e-commerce, and assessed and integrated several acquisitions.
Vice President Client Solutions
Brian leads Elastic Path's Global Professional Services and account management teams whose members help customers plan, design and implement world-class, game-changing digital commerce solutions. The Global Services team also provides analysis, design and implementation support for Elastic Path's partner community.
Brian earned his Certified Management Consultant designation while with Coopers & Lybrand, and has held senior leadership positions with Hummingbird, PureEdge Solutions, Alea Software, and Cognos, where he helped drive a significant services re-positioning and growth strategy. Brian has also enjoyed a successful management consulting career, overseeing strategic planning and implementation projects, and leading both operational and executive teams.
Vice President Business Development
Sean leads Elastic Path’s Business Development team in the creation of go-to-market strategies with our partners to deliver innovative and transformational commerce experiences.
Prior to joining Elastic Path, Sean led partner development for Interpublic Group (IPG) companies Huge and MRM//McCann. He has held senior digital leadership roles at Prime 8, McCann Erickson, and is a founding partner at Axis41. Sean has deep channel experience, having worked with companies such as Acquia, Adobe, IBM, Microsoft, and Sitecore as an advisor, consultant, and partner.
