Who They Are

Goodman Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial air conditioning, heating, and indoor air quality products and systems. They saw their competition growing digital market-share and decided to embark on a digital transformation journey with the impact of COVID-19, expediting their need to develop a digital presence.

In looking for a solution, the company was keen to find something that would work for all three of their brands. They settled on a Headless Commerce solution that would underpin all three eCommerce experiences while still allowing the unique branding to shine. Starting from scratch, they required the ability to stand up a digital channel quickly to become relevant in the purchasing journey during a period where traditional physical experiences were not possible. Additionally, they were looking for a solution that would enable them to communicate 24/7 with their dealer base, providing them with accurate information, including pricing and availability.
