2 Custom Search Engines for Ecommerce Marketers
Rollyo is a neat tool that helps you "roll" your own search engine with up to 25 sites of your choice. Personally, I follow news briefs from a number of sites like Shop.org and InternetRetailer.com and have a bunch of ecommerce blogs in my Google Reader. So I created, for my handy reference and yours, two searchrolls - one for Ecommerce Resources and one for Ecommerce Blogs. You may find this handy when searching for information on a topic like "Facebook marketing" on ecommerce blogs or " 'average conversion rates' + 2007 + pay-per-click" and you want results from trusted ecommerce sources, rather than the entire Web:
Here's what's included in my searchrolls, in no particular order:

PS, here's a little SEO / link building tip for you. You can create your own searchroll with a profile page like ours, and you'll get a free, followed backlink to your blog or ecommerce store. It takes about five minutes! Linking to your profile from your website, blogs and other profile pages will also give your profile page some link juice. Plus, Rollyo profiles often rank highly for your profile name, so it's great for reputation management. I expect my Rollyo profile to rank on page 1 or 2 for my name in a couple weeks.
Do you Rollyo? If so, please drop a link to your searchroll in the comments.
