That's why we offer hosted/managed services to ensure your stores are running efficiently 24x7. This allows you to focus on tactical initiatives to grow online revenue.

We know that creating a reliable, secure, and high performing ecommerce environment is not easy, that's why our hosted/managed teams take away the hassle and nuances of setting up, securing, and certifying the environment.

• A PCI Compliant Environment: We work with you to create an environment that is PCI certified.
• Full Resilience: We can offer a fully resilient environment to guarantee 24x7 availability and seamless failover including duplicate firewalls, load balancers, application servers, and database.
• Content Delivery: For customers with a global user base or strict page load time requirements we can offer dynamic content delivery caching via our partner Akamai.
• Monitoring: Our team monitors your environments 24x7 to quickly manage outages or issues. We can offer site performance monitoring to ensure that your stores are meeting their SLA's for your customers across a variety of global regions, connection speeds, and browsers.
• Upgrade Support: Our team can provide regular upgrades, so you are always on the latest version of our ecommerce platform. Typically, we release 3 to 4 times per year, providing your business users with new features and improvements as we release them.

• Software: Our standard environment runs on Red Hat Linux, Java 1.6, JBoss and MySQL. We can also support Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle 11g RAC database if required.
• Hardware: We deploy on the latest Intel and AMD multi core hardware and leverage Virtualization for efficient usage of your hardware assets. We will help you determine hardware requirements based on traffic peaks and anticipated growth across your stores.
• Flexible Service Level Agreements: We offer 24x7 support, so your environment is always available.
• Secure Private VLAN: We can provide a secure VLAN back to your own datacenters, so the ecommerce platform communicates and integrates seamlessly with your existing in-house applications.

• Backups: We offer both on-site and off-site backup of your database and assets.
• Monthly Pricing: We bill monthly based on your configured environment and required services. Should you exceed your agreed traffic volumes in a given month we have set overage fees so you can comfortably plan for peak periods.
