To ensure our customers are successful with their ecommerce solution, we offer a variety of role-specific training (including developer training, business user training, and customized training) tailored to meet each enterprise’s unique requirements. Training can be performed onsite or at the Elastic Path offices in Vancouver, Canada and Reading, UK.
Our standard ecommerce support services are available to all Elastic Path customers on a fully-licensed software plan. These services include online and phone support, software updates, and access to our online developer community.
As an extension of our standard support offering, premium support offers a wide range of customizable support services designed to meet the unique needs of each business.
