Analytics, Multivariate Testing, and Site Performance Monitoring
Enterprises commonly integrate with web analytics platforms to gain insights into customer behavior and test changes in an effort to reduce customer friction and maximize online revenues. Elastic Path works with several of the most common service providers in this space.

Geolocation
Elastic Path comes pre-integrated to the Neustar® Quova® IP Geolocation service, allowing enterprises to personalize the customer experience based on their geographic location. This service can also be useful in meeting global trade compliance requirements.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Many enterprises have invested heavily in ERP to act as the hub for business information across the organization. Elastic Path is frequently integrated with popular ERP and CRM systems to manage order fulfilment, synchronize inventory levels, or manage customer interactions.

Content Management Systems (CMS, WCM, CEM, WEM)
Some form of web content management system is utilized in virtually all ecommerce deployments. In some cases, the CMS is responsible only for the management of the customer experience. In other situations, it's also used to control content and workflow related to catalog data, templates, CSS, or other commerce-related assets. With the patent-pending Elastic Path Cortex touchpoint broker, our partners have been able to embed Elastic Path commerce capabilities into CMS-driven ecosystems in under two weeks using only a single developer. Portal
In some environments a portal is used to present the store and other content to the end customer. Elastic Path has been integrated with the Oracle® WebLogic Portal.

Middleware and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
In some cases, Elastic Path has been directly integrated to client infrastructure such as ERP, CRM, and financial systems. In other deployments, we connect via an enterprise service bus or other middleware technology. The platform has been integrated with popular middleware technologies from the following vendors.
Shipping Calculators and Address Validation
In order to reduce fraud and provide accurate shipping data for customers, many enterprises integrate Elastic Path with third party address validation and shipping services.
Tax Calculation
In order to reduce risk and improve management of ever-changing and complex tax rules, especially when selling globally, our customers frequently rely on our integrations with external tax compliance services.
