Core Values at Elastic Path Software

At Elastic Path we don't just have values, we live and breathe them. Our everyday decisions are based on these values and are very important to the foundation of what we do. We reward individuals who live our core values. Every month, employees and the executive team nominate two employees for the Most Valuable Performer award. The winners receive a cash bonus, a personalized MVP Award and an entry to win the company's MVP of the year grand prize award.
