We are always looking for technical co-op students to join either our Product Development or Professional Services team. If you are a student in a recognized co-op program, please ask your school to contact our Talent team.

Yes. A cover letter is useful when you are applying for a position as it helps us understand your interests and provides an overview of your key skills. Please keep your cover letter short and concise while emphasizing your key accomplishments and how you believe there is a good fit with the opportunity available at Elastic Path.
Relax. We want to get to know YOU not what you think you should tell us. We will be asking you questions about your background, accomplishments, technical skills, the type of work you would like to do, etc.

As a team, we will discuss the outcome of the interviews and the opportunities available at Elastic Path to determine if there is a fit at this time. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the outcome of our discussions/meetings. If you are successful and are still interested in Elastic Path, you will be contacted to move forward in the recruitment process (further interviews, reference checks, or assessment may be required depending on the position). Yes, depending on the role you are being considered for. For most if not all technical positions, you will be involved in technical discussions with our team and will also be asked to complete a technical assessment related to the position.
Be real. We want to know more about you so please be honest about what you have done previously. Any misrepresentation on your resume will not be taken lightly.
Keep it concise. We understand that you have a lot to tell us, but please keep it brief and do not submit a resume with more than five pages.
Yes. We believe that this is a great way to reward our staff and to build the company with "known" talent. If you do know someone who currently works at Elastic Path, please include it in your cover letter.
