Upon purchase, the recipient automatically receives an email containing the sender's personal message, image and all the redemption information including the store, amount, redemption code and instructions.

The recipient can then shop at your store normally and use the gift certificate like any other form of payment - there's a spot to enter gift certificate codes right on the payment screen. Gift certificate use is very flexible: multiple certificates can be applied to a single purchase or a single certificate can be spread across multiple purchases. The recipient's online order history shows all gift certificate use and the recipient can check gift certificate balances online.
